EdTech Startup | London (Hybrid) | £50,000–£55,000 + up to 9% bonus

A fast-growing, award-winning EdTech startup is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale a product used by a significant share of UK students and institutions. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can turn strategy into shipped features, working closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales.

The Role

• Translate product strategy into clear initiatives, delivered end-to-end across engineering, design, QA, marketing and sales.
• Own product quality – well-scoped features, clear specs and tickets, close collaboration with engineering on releases.
• Use data (GA4 or similar) to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Prioritise across user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities and timelines.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years in digital product management – proven ownership from idea to delivery matters more than years.
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on product analytics experience (GA4 or similar).
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, design and QA to ship high‑quality product.
• Balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communicator, UK-based, able to attend a London office occasionally.
