Sole UK Legal Counsel – Commercial & Compliance

Michael Page Legal is seeking a commercially minded solicitor to become the trusted legal adviser to a fast-growing UK business. You will be the sole in-house counsel supporting a portfolio of consumer and home services brands, reporting to the UK Managing Director.

The role offers breadth and autonomy across commercial contracts, employment, data protection, franchising, and M&A integration, with exposure to strategic risk management and governance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
