Lead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, roadmap reviews, and solution discussions with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and effectively navigate competing priorities. Communicate product vision, priorities, risks, recommendations, and delivery progress to executive and operational stakeholders. Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Delivery & Execution: Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to define delivery plans and execution strategies. Lead backlog prioritization, quarterly planning, release management, testing, and adoption activities. Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to guide decision‑making and prioritization. Partner with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements and performance measurements. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, and business intelligence capabilities.
