Senior Engineering Lead – Fleet & Safety

Daytona Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of Engineering to lead the workshop team, overseeing kart fleet maintenance and ensuring safety, reliability and peak performance at our busy outdoor motorsport venue.

You will support the Head of Engineering in day‑to‑day operations, deputise in their absence, and develop leadership capability within the engineering group while mentoring junior staff.
