Quality Lead — Drive Excellence in Complex Home Care

Active Care Group is seeking a Quality Lead to shape quality across our North and Wales Division, based in Plymouth or Thame with travel to regional offices and clients’ homes.

You will lead the quality assurance programme, prepare services for inspections, conduct audits, and partner with operational teams to embed a culture of quality and accountability, delivering safe, effective and person-centred care. This is a pivotal role within a growing provider.
