Active Care Group is seeking a Quality Lead to shape quality across our North and Wales Division, based at Albrighton or St Asaph with travel to regional offices and client homes. You will lead the quality assurance programme, prepare services for CQC/CIW inspections, conduct audits, and partner with operational teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and safe, person-centred care.
