Care Assistant — Bank Shifts with Training & Growth

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking compassionate care professionals to join our Complex Care team in Streatham, London. The role supports a gentleman in his 40s with registered blindness and spinal injury, delivering daily clinical care in a home setting.

You will monitor his needs, perform suctioning and ventilation support, assist with personal care and medication, and help with daily tasks. Full training and DBS coverage provided.
