Duties include booking customers in for eye tests, pre‑screening, and recommending suitable frames. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in optics.

What You’ll Do
- Book customers for eye tests
- Pre‑screen patients and measure frames
- Provide general customer service and recommend suitable frames
- Ensure smooth operations and address small problems as they arise
Training Outcome
Once you have completed the apprenticeship, you will be a fully qualified Level 3 Optical Assistant with a massive range of career options ahead of you.
