Therapeutic Youth Residential Support Worker

Esland is seeking dedicated residential support workers to join our Weldon-based team in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to care plans, build relationships, maintain records, and support young people with their education and emotional development, under supervision.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or willingness to obtain), a UK driving licence, and flexibility to work 24–48 hour shifts; applicants must be over 21.
