Home-Based Complex Care Assistant – Training & Growth

ISS Healthcare in the South West is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury at home. You will assist with therapies at home, in local facilities, and at specialist centres, helping the client attend appointments and enjoy outdoor activities.

No prior experience is required as full training and clinical support are provided, with driving allowed for longer shifts for candidates over 25 under the insurer’s policy.
