Practice-Based Pharmacy Technician – Medicines Optimisation

Penwith Primary Care Network in West Cornwall is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to work with GP practices, part of Penwith PCN. This practice-based role is not remote and involves daily collaboration with GPs, nurses, and the wider multi-disciplinary team.

You’ll lead medicines optimisation, support prescribing improvements, and promote safe medicines use while developing relationships with patients and staff.
