In-Home Mental Health Support Worker

Bluebird Care Durham North is seeking a Support Worker to assist customers in Colchester & Tendring. The role covers home visits and community activities, providing essential care and companionship to clients in their own homes.

You will support with daily living tasks, accompany clients on outings and ensure medications are prompted as required, contributing to a safe, comfortable and dignified quality of life for service users.
