Job Description:

We are searching for a caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Must be competent in Hindi, English and Gujarati to converse effectively with patients and give quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Help patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and feeding
• Monitor patients’ health and comfort by checking and recording vital signs
• Provide patients with emotional support and companionship
• Assist nurses and health care professionals with medical duties
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for the patient
• Ability to communicate well with patients and their families in Hindi, English

Requirements:

• Healthcare Assistant experience or similar (desirable)
• Knowledge of Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• A compassionate and sensitive approach to patients
• General understanding of health care processes and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in teams and follow instructions
• Relevant healthcare certification (a plus but not required)
