Senior Social Worker – Lead, Mentor & Complex Care

Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care team in Essex. You will mentor staff, lead complex case assessments, and develop person-centred care plans while ensuring Care Act compliance and high professional standards.

You will collaborate across the Council and with partners to promote independence, chair multi‑agency meetings, and support the social care agenda for vulnerable adults. A driving licence and mobility are essential.
