Compassionate Care Assistant — Day & Night Shifts

Barchester Healthcare in Malvern is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, including eating, hydration, personal care, toileting and mobility. You will follow care plans and provide companionship to ensure each resident feels valued and safe.

This full-time role involves day and night shifts, medication support in line with care plans, accurate record keeping, and close communication with the senior team to respond to changing needs.
