Impactful School Health Support – Term-Time

Sirona care & health in Bristol is seeking a School Health Assistant to join the School Nursing Service. The role is 24 hours per week, term-time only, based in South Bristol with travel across Bristol localities as required.

You will contribute to prevention and early intervention through NCMP and vision screening, health promotion activities, and support for families, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to NHS policies.
