Banking Representative – Customer Focus (Mon–Fri)

Metro Bank Basildon is recruiting a Banking Representative to be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional service and a strong understanding of our products.

You will build relationships with customers, work in a team, and handle regulatory training. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until March 2027, requiring 37.5 hours per week with some Saturday work possible and travel expenses as applicable.
