1:1 Autism Support Assistant — Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education is working with an inclusive SEN school in South Ockendon to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Autism Support Assistant. This full-time, long-term role supports a pupil with autism, helping them access learning and participate in class alongside the teacher and SENCO.

You will build trust, support communication, emotional regulation and independence, adapting activities to individual needs. Successful applicants will have safeguarding awareness and an enhanced DBS.
