Core Competencies

What We Seek
We are searching for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our rural care team covering Stirling, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan and nearby regions.
It’s a satisfying and essential position that assists individuals to continue living safely and joyfully in their own homes.
You’ll help clients with everyday tasks, offer companionship and support their welfare – all while creating significant connections in your local community.
We Are Pleased To Provide
- Excellent hourly rate: £15.20–£16.00 per hour
- Full run time compensated
- Travel time built into your timetable to allow for realistic travel between visits
- Extended visits (personal care for at least 45 minutes)
- Continued assistance and training through our larger Hamill Homecare network
Key Skills & Attributes
- Experience in delivering professional care and support
- Reliable, trustworthy and confidential
- Flexible to fulfil the changing demands of the client
- Understanding of National Care Standards
- Good team player and communicator
Key Points
- Permanent position (average 35 hours/week) with possibility of overtime
- Various shifts including AM, PM and at least one split shift per week
- Driver with own vehicle needed
