Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Packing/Machine Operator for a well established manufacturing business in Leicestershire. This temp-to-perm role involves maintaining packaging machinery, facilitating changeovers, and ensuring product quality.

You will work on a 4 on, 4 off rotating schedule (days 6am–6pm, nights 6pm–6am; training on days initially). Salary starts at £13 per hour during training, increasing to £16.25 per hour after training, including a 25% shift
