Hands-On Pilot Plant Technician (Process & Maintenance)

Brightsmith is seeking a hands-on technician to support build, commissioning, and operation of an early-stage industrial pilot plant in the West of England. You will install equipment, test systems, and help keep operations running in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires practical mechanical skills, experience with industrial equipment, and a proactive approach to fault-finding. Apprenticeship or HNC/HND training preferred.
