Maintenance Electrician – No Call Out

Location: Kettering

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Permanent position within a 3‑person engineering team on a static site. Working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM tasks – emergency lighting, tap temps, fire door and bay door inspections, etc.
• Handle minor reactive works.
• Manage contractors.
• Carry out minor fabric works, e.g., basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets).

Qualifications

• Qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ).
• Previous experience in a maintenance role.
• Willingness to work on all aspects of facility maintenance.
