Construction Laborer – Commercial in Triangle

Job Description

We are hiring dependable Commerical GeneralLaborers to support a commercial project. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment and are ready to start immediately.

Location: Stafford, VA

Duration: 3 Month Assignment (potential go longer)

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Move heavy materials and supplies throughout the job site
• Assist with basic installation tasks and general labor duties
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Support daily construction operations as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience (not required)
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Bilingual
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time hours with potential overtime
