Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter in Nottingham

Semi‑Skilled Electrical Fitter – Nottinghamshire – Temporary To Permanent Position – Up to £16.50 per hour (DOE) – Immediate Start – Training Provided.

The Role

• Assemble a wide range of electrical components.
• Perform electrical tasks such as wiring, crimping and cable preparation.
• Test units to ensure compliance with electrical standards.
• Diagnose and raise electrical faults during assembly.
• Work with low and medium‑voltage components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment competently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an electrical role or hold relevant electrical qualifications.
• Basic understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a methodical approach.
