CIPFA Trainee Accountant – Fully Funded, Hybrid Program

Nottingham City Council is offering a 3.5-year fully funded CIPFA programme to become a qualified public finance professional. You’ll rotate across finance teams and gain hands-on experience from day one.

The programme covers budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and year-end audits, with dedicated mentors and strong study support. You’ll work on multi‑million budgets, assist with statutory returns, and learn Oracle Fusion to analyse financial data.
