Facilities Contracts Coordinator – School Cleaning & Grounds

Lancashire County Council is seeking an Area Support Officer in the Building Surveying Team of Property Service to manage contracts for school-based cleaning and grounds maintenance. The role focuses on delivering a qualitative, timely service through external and internal providers.

You will liaise with surveyors, providers and stakeholders, provide technical advice on cleaning and grounds issues, and help develop new business in support services.
