Senior Social Worker – Family Safeguarding & Court Work

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Social Worker for the Family Safeguarding Service in Lancashire. You will join Child in Need, Child Protection and Court Teams to help families create positive, lasting change using motivational interviewing and strengths-based practice.

We welcome applications from social workers with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in statutory children’s social care who are reflective, resilient and committed to improving children’s lives.
