Job Summary

Experienced Social Workers are required to support children, young people and families in Wirral, focusing on child in need and child protection services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement child‑in‑need and child‑protection plans, working closely with children, young people and their families.
• Provide assessment and support services, ensuring child‑centred, co‑produced plans reflect family aspirations and sustainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community agencies and support staff to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities provided by a dedicated Practice Improvement Team.
• Utilise appropriate tools and information systems, working flexibly to meet the needs of children, families and the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience
