Apprentice Social Care Worker – Flexible Hours & Growth

Choice Care offers a 12-month apprenticeship at Chesham House, Bitterne, Southampton, to become a Social Care Worker. You will work with experienced staff, learn essential skills, and gain a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, with support from colleagues and management.

This role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with a 48-hour contract and opportunities to develop within residential care. A comprehensive training pathway and caring environment are provided.
