Are you passionate about further education and would like to work with young people and adults to help and advise them regarding further education opportunities and choices? You will support the development of an effective learner recruitment function, planning and organising a diverse range of engagement activities to promote the college’s offer to our key markets. You should be able to work with young people and adults to help and advise them regarding further education opportunities and choices. The role involves extending and developing links, events and activities with local schools, agencies, employers and the local community. You will be expected to work flexibly within the team to provide marketing and communications support across the college. Two posts are available: one focused on recruiting adult learners and the other on 16–19-year-olds. The role will require you to embed the college’s values; Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Ambition and Compassion.
