Independent Living Support Specialist

Pobl Group in Wales is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help residents in a 33-unit homeless accommodation service. You will support service users to develop independent living skills, manage finances, and access community services, with staff on site.

You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver tenancy and wellbeing workshops, perform health and safety checks, and address individual needs, including working with residents with complex behaviours.
