Trauma-Informed Social Worker for Children in Care

Doncaster Council is seeking a qualified and experienced social worker to join our Children in Care team from July 2026 until April 2027 to cover maternity leave. The service emphasises relationship-based practice and trauma-informed approaches to support vulnerable children and young people in our care to achieve lasting, positive change.

This role requires registration with Social Work England and a suitable social work qualification, with experience in Children in Care or related fields.
