East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Improvement Practice Support Officer to drive SPE+ education and support the Division in delivering improvement programmes. You will work within allocated projects and help implement work plans across departments to achieve defined results.
The role requires planning and monitoring progression, using A3s and standard PM tools, and analysing data to inform decisions. You will contribute to the Trust’s improvement journey and multi-site delivery.
