Social Worker – Intake & Assessment (Hybrid, £5k)

Cardiff Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Initial Response Team within Intake & Assessment. These permanent roles, from 1 April 2026, attract a £5,000 market supplement and a strength‑based approach to safeguarding families.

You’ll undertake wellbeing and S47 assessments, write concise records, work with partners to meet care needs, and participate in planning meetings. Hybrid working and ongoing professional development are supported.
