Senior Social Worker – Hybrid, Community‑Centered Care

Dorset Council is looking for a qualified social worker to join its Adult Social Care team in East Dorset. You will carry out strengths-based assessments, develop person-centred support plans, and collaborate with health, housing and other local authority colleagues to support people to live as independently as possible.

You will apply statutory frameworks with professional judgement in a supportive, reflective culture that values development and excellent safeguarding practice.
