IT Support Technician: Service Desk & Systems Expert

BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team. The role supports around 200 users across 6 businesses, 14 UK locations and our Ireland operation. You will handle 1st/2nd line IT support, contribute to IT operations, asset management, and continuous improvement.

You will document issues, maintain systems and processes, and liaise with suppliers while focusing on clear communication and high-quality, proactive service desk delivery.
