About the role
- Supervise Housing and Support team members to ensure high standards of service and support.
- Collaborate with the Housing and Support Manager and Progression Team Manager to foster a whole‑team approach.
- Manage a small caseload of residents with high‑level risks or needs, providing appropriate support and care.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the resident experience.
- Assist the Housing and Support Manager in maximizing rent and service charge income to maintain financial stability.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Maximize occupancy by managing referrals, inducting new residents, and liaising with partner agencies.
- Ensure adherence to Tenancy and Licence conditions, address anti‑social behaviour, and follow YMCA policies and procedures.
