Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shop Lead

Entain operates premier betting shops and is looking for a Retail Customer Service Manager to join the Shop team. You will deliver top customer service and drive standards daily, reporting to the Shop Manager and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
