Responsibilities
- Drive trams safely and efficiently across an expanding network.
- Communicate clearly with passengers during standard operations and travel disruptions.
- Report any safety‑critical concerns promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all passengers hold a valid ticket or pass.
- Deliver exceptional service that is safe, reliable, and sustainable.
Qualifications
- A full, clean driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- At least 21 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
- A calm, professional demeanour and the ability to thrive under pressure.
