Reablement Support Worker – Cornwall (Part-Time, Driving)

Corserv Care in Cornwall is seeking a part-time Support Worker (STEPS Reablement Service) to help clients in East Cornwall achieve self-reliance through personalized reablement care. The role includes planning and delivering daily living support, personal care, meals and medication assistance, with coordination with health and social care professionals.

Working hours are 8:00–14:00, every other weekend, 21–30 hours per week. You must have a full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS.
