Senior Care & Support Lead — Flexible Hours

CARE SOUTH at Fern Brook Lodge in Gillingham is seeking a Senior Care & Support Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will supervise care assistants, deliver tailored support, and promote independence for residents.

The role includes weekend shifts and both full-time and part-time hours. You should have care sector experience, knowledge of care planning and medication administration, and aim to work toward NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
