1:1 SEN Support Assistant — Long-term Role + CPD

Trades Workforce Solutions is recruiting a 1:1 Support Assistant for an inclusive primary school in Enfield, London Borough of Enfield. The role runs from September 2026 to July 2027 on a full-time, term-time only contract.

You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, implement EHCP strategies under SENDCO guidance, maintain progress records, and work closely with teachers and families. The school offers specialist CPD, mentoring, and a warm, collaborative culture.
