Store Leader: Coaching Teams & Customer Care

Boots UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, coach staff and ensure high standards of patient care and commercial performance. You’ll manage day-to-day store operations, staffing, rotas and safety, while driving great customer experiences and regulatory compliance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll balance people and performance, support training and development, and use data to identify opportunities to improve service and store results.
