Job Description:
JAM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Shift Control Room Operator in Reading to join the Wastewater Control team. This full-time secondment lasts 12 months and covers 366 treatment works and 7,000 pumping stations. You will monitor alarms, coordinate urgent field responses, and log decisions to protect customers and the environment.
Ideal candidates will have SCADA experience, knowledge of wastewater networks, and strong numeracy. A full UK driving licence is desirable for disaster recovery sites.
