Job Description:
Zapp, London’s premium convenience retail platform, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the fulfilment centre during your shift. You will lead a frontline team, ensure accurate and timely order preparation, monitor KPIs and manage stock through receiving, storage and inventory checks.
You’ll report to the Fulfilment Centre Manager, drive improvements, maintain Health & Safety standards, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with morning, daytime and night shifts.
