Job Description:
NHS Fife is recruiting an experienced RSW to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in Kirkcaldy. The role delivers therapeutic programmes in ward settings or clients’ homes, under OT, PT and District Nursing supervision.
You will support early discharge and ongoing care 365 days a year, 0745–2200, within a multidisciplinary community team. The post requires SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with desirable prior experience as a support worker and with older people.
