Bank Support Worker – £13.64 per hour

We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team at The Hawthorns in Evesham. This role involves providing physical and emotional support to service users, assisting with washing, dressing, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with washing, dressing, and daily personal care.
• Provide physical and psychological support to promote independence.
• Use the latest care technology to dedicate more time to service users.
• Participate in training and leadership programmes to develop and progress within the organization.

• Salary: £13.64 per hour.
• Working Hours: Bank 0hr contract, as/when required.
