Overview

An exciting opportunity to join us for the harvest season, from July to October. We are looking to employ a keen person to help with pre-harvest preparation and assist with intake during the harvest period.

Harvest Intake Outside Operator — Responsibilities

• Tipping lorries into the correct barley holding bins.
• Grain drying.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene on the intakes throughout the day.

Key requirements

• Flexibility with working hours.
• Basic computer skills, especially when programming equipment and ensuring machine controls are set correctly.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Retention bonus.
• Experience of working for a Certified B Corporation accredited company.
• Guaranteed full-time work in the harvest period.
• Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy working environment with involvement in risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
