Empowering Support Worker — Flexible Hours & Impact

Cygnet is seeking a committed Support Worker to join our UK-wide care team. The role is full time (42 hours per week) across Dean Grange in Broadoak, Newnham and Milestones in Cinderford, delivering person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You’ll support daily living, safety, and well-being in a compassionate setting. You’ll work with a supportive team, receive regular coaching and opportunities for overtime, and you’ll need to complete an enhanced DBS
