Dynamic Ops & Customer Experience Coordinator

200 Degrees Coffee is seeking an organised, customer‑focused Operations & Customer Support Co‑ordinator to join our Nottingham team. You’ll support shops, central teams and customers with admin tasks and events, helping deliver the 200 Degrees experience daily.

You’ll coordinate communications, manage internal systems, assist with shop openings, bookings and orders, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
